These Terms and Conditions govern your use of NRI Careconnect's services. By engaging our services or submitting any form on nricareconnect.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
NRI Careconnect is a professional document review, legal coordination, and property management service operated personally by Lt. Col. Charan Vir Singh Sehgal (Retd.), known commercially as Colonel CVS Sehgal, with operations based in Chandigarh, Punjab, India.

Our services are available to any individual or family with a legal, property, taxation, or succession matter connected to India, regardless of country of residence. By using our services, you confirm that:
Payment is required in full before service delivery commences, except for Entry Point 2 (Situation Resolution) services where a free assessment is provided first, followed by payment upon agreement of scope and price.
Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) and Canadian Dollars (CAD). Currency conversion is handled by our payment processor at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

Turnaround times are calculated from receipt of complete documents and confirmed payment. Where documents are incomplete or unclear, the clock begins upon receipt of the complete set.
All documents uploaded to nricareconnect.com are handled with strict confidentiality. Documents are reviewed solely for the purpose of producing the client's report and are permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days of report delivery. Documents are never shared with any third party without the client's explicit written consent.
NRI Careconnect's liability in respect of any service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental loss arising from reliance on our reports or services. Our reports reflect the state of documents provided to us at the time of review and are based on Indian law as understood at the date of the report.
NRI Careconnect reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All documents uploaded via nricareconnect.com are stored in a non-public, password-protected server directory. Access is restricted to Colonel Sehgal and the assigned associate. Our website uses SSL encryption throughout. Communications via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information (subject to any legal retention obligations), and opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.

NRI Careconnect is committed to delivering every service within the stated turnaround time and to the highest professional standard. This policy sets out clearly what happens if you wish to cancel, and under what circumstances a refund is provided.

Work-Done Statement: In any case where a refund is not available due to work already being in progress, NRI Careconnect will provide a detailed written statement of all actions taken, costs incurred, and status of the matter, delivered within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Subscriptions are month-to-month. There is no minimum commitment period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No long-term contract is in place.
To request a refund or cancellation under this policy:
Any dispute arising from this Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, Punjab, India, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
