These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NRI CareConnect's services and website. By placing an order or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
NRI CareConnect is a professional property consulting and document review service founded and personally overseen by Colonel CVS Sehgal (Retd.), operating from Chandigarh, Punjab, India. We provide document analysis, property consulting, and related services to NRI families worldwide.
NRI CareConnect provides the following categories of service:
Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to submit any documents provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Charges are made in Indian Rupees (INR). CAD equivalent amounts shown on the website are for reference only; your card will be billed in INR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your card issuer. By proceeding to payment, you confirm your acceptance of the stated service fee.
Turnaround times are stated for each service and begin from the time payment is confirmed and all required documents or information are received. In the event a report is not delivered within the stated turnaround, a full refund will be issued. See our Refund Policy for details.
Documents uploaded or shared for review are used solely for the purpose of preparing the requested report. All documents are handled with strict confidentiality and deleted after report delivery, in accordance with your consent given at the time of submission.
NRI CareConnect's total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our analysis is based on the documents provided — we cannot be held responsible for information not disclosed to us or for events occurring after delivery of the report.
All reports, templates, and written materials produced by NRI CareConnect are the intellectual property of NRI CareConnect. They are provided for the personal use of the commissioning client only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or published without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
NRI CareConnect reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

When you use our services, we may collect:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
As stated in your consent at the time of submission, documents uploaded for review are deleted after your report is delivered. Your contact details (name, email, phone) are retained for a period of 12 months for service correspondence and then deleted unless you have an active monthly subscription.
We use Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. We do not receive or store your card or banking credentials.
All documents shared with us are handled solely by Colonel Sehgal's professional team in Chandigarh. Access is restricted to team members directly involved in delivering your service. Documents are transferred via secure channels (WhatsApp or encrypted email).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@nricareconnect.com or via WhatsApp at +91-97791-10555. We will respond within 7 working days.
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookies are stored on your device beyond those required for basic page functionality.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.

Full refund: If we fail to deliver your report within the stated turnaround time (12 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours as applicable), a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
No refund after delivery: Once a report has been delivered to you, the service has been performed and no refund is applicable.
Incomplete submission: If insufficient documents or information are provided, our team will contact you within 4 hours to request what is needed. The turnaround clock begins only after the complete submission is received. If you choose not to proceed after payment, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us.
Entry Point 2 assessments are provided free of charge. For paid engagements arising from assessments, refund terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement provided before any payment is made.
Cancellation: Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time via WhatsApp to +91-97791-10555 or by emailing support@nricareconnect.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Missed visit guarantee: If a scheduled monthly property visit is not completed in any given month, that month's fee is waived or refunded in full.
No partial-month refunds: Fees for the current month are non-refundable upon cancellation; access to services continues until the end of that month.
Vault Essentials: If the Asset Map and Gap Report are not delivered within 10 working days of receiving your complete documents, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days. No refund is applicable after delivery.
Vault Complete and Vault Care: Scope, price and refund terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is made. Government fees paid on your behalf are not refundable.
To request a refund, contact us by any of the following methods with your name, payment ID, and the reason for your request:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and returned to the original payment method in INR.
All charges and refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. If your card was billed in a foreign currency by your card issuer, the refund will be in INR — any exchange rate difference is governed by your card issuer's policies, not ours.

Free assessment of your property or legal situation. Tell us what is happening. Colonel Sehgal's team responds within 4 hours with a clear assessment and a fixed price for full resolution. No payment until you agree the scope and price. We then handle everything from start to finish.
Situations handled include: Will drafting and registration, Succession Certificates, tenant eviction, illegal occupant removal, property sale management, Power of Attorney drafting and revocation, title disputes, legal notice response, and NRI tax notice resolution.

All services are delivered digitally — reports by email and/or WhatsApp. Physical property visits (monthly plans) are conducted in person by our team in Chandigarh and Punjab. No physical goods are shipped.
Document review services are available to clients worldwide. Property visits and physical services are currently available for properties located in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and the Chandigarh Union Territory. For properties in other states, contact us on WhatsApp to discuss availability.
